The Vauxhall Zafira Mk2 was introduced in the spring of 2005. The Zafira is available only as a 5-door MPV, and with 1.6-, 1.8- and 2.2-litre petrol engines, a 2.0-litre turbo, plus 1.9-litre diesels. Depending on engine type, the Zafira came with a 5- or 6-speed manual gearbox, or alternatively a 4- or 6-speed automatic. All models had front-wheel-drive. Equipment included air-conditioning, remote central locking, electric windows, and an electric sunroof.
