Building the Ultimate Adventure Motorcycle
This is a good book but is almost 10 years old and needs to be thoroughly revised, even though it was reprinted in 2014. A lot of the technology has changed in particular GPS and phone technology. There are also numerous bikes that can now be included which didn’t exist when the book was first published. Also much of the book is an advertisement for various products and many of these have been changed or updated in the meantime.
However I’m glad I got the book, it is a perfect winter companion when we are dreaming of future adventures with the understanding that it is not up to date. At the same time it suited me well because my bike is ten years old and looks very like the one on the cover!!
